4. The product needs to be mailed at your own expense (without receiving payment) to the designated delivery address of our company, accompanied by a purchase receipt and a complimentary gift. The repurchase value of the product will be professionally evaluated by a brand appraiser from the Lestani Fandgan brand company.

5. Value preservation policy: The retained value can only be used to offset the updated Lestani Fandgan brand products and cannot be discounted.
